YOU MAY RETURN MOST NEW, UNOPENED ITEMS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR A FULL REFUND. YOU, THE BUYER, IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS EXCEPT FOR ITEMS THAT WERE A RESULT OF OUR ERROR (YOU RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM, ETC.).
For example, if the item was delivered on the May 1st, the last day to return would be May 7th. We require reciept of the shipment and tracking number.
You should expect to receive your refund within two-five weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly (depends on the location it is being shipped from).
- This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request)
The following items are NON- RETURNABLE:
- SALE items purchased on sale, with a discounted/promotional code, or final sale
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:
1. Log into your store, then go to My Account.
2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to their item.
3. Fill out the following items on the return request:
- Quantity to return
- Return reason
- Return action optional
- Comments optional
4. Click Submit Return Request.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
